Our corporation is the parent company of a multiple brand organization with a headquarters storefront and warehouse facility located in North York, Toronto.


We are currently seeking for colleagues to join our team on a full-time seasonal basis until December 22, 2023.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone inquiries quickly & efficiently forwarding calls to appropriate departments
  • Maintains strong affluent relations with partners and customers while addressing needs, concerns and complaints.
  • Inputs sales information accurately into the appropriate POS system
  • Maintains files, ensures efficiency in retrieving documents, and archives closed files for easy accessibility.
  • Verifies own work for accuracy, clarity and completeness, and ensures requests are documented accurately as per Nutcracker Sweet standards.
  • Provides support to team members through order fulfillment and pulling items in the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • 1 + years of relevant customer service experience involving communications directly with customers
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively and provide support within all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Verifiable willingness to learn & acceptance of where that learning needs to occur.

Salary:
From $17.50 per hour

Benefits:

  • Onsite parking

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
