About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-house position in our London, Ontario, Canada office.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and manage daytoday SEO for all organic domains
  • Work crossfunctionally with Product and Engineering teams for website optimization and core web vitals
  • Work crossfunctionally with Content team for content creation, guidelines, best SEO practices, and optimization
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery and optimization that outperforms the competition
  • Develop and implement a scalable link building strategy
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues rapidly, including architecture, crawlability, and indexability, broken links, etc.
  • Audit and perform backlink analysis to maintain a diverse and healthy link profile
  • Keep websites relevant to the latest SEO digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Assess validity of SEO on external websites for purchase
  • Plan and project manage all SEOrelated aspects of a website migration into internal systems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO management in a comparable scale
  • Google AdWords, Search Console, and Analytics experience
  • Familiarity of HTML, CSS (Javascript, PHP, SQL is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of search engines and link structures
  • Keeps up to date with current landscape of SEO
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing and optimization methods
  • Flexible, startup mindset, and ability to operate within a very dynamic, fastpaced work environment
  • Extremely detailoriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Comfortable owning all aspects of a SEO project
