About the role:

Provides administrative assistance to multiple municipal departments within the courthouse and Kemptown, on an as-needed, on-call basis to fill in for full-time administrative support staff.

Responsibilities include records management, data tracking and collection, file maintenance, processing correspondence, and provide support to citizens and others in responding to inquiries, directing telephone calls, and supplying information.


Salary range:
$27.25 per hour.

Education and Experience:

  • Postsecondary education related to office administration combined with office administration and data base operations experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in records management
  • Experience in data tracking and collection
  • Experience working with the public and responding to inquiries, directing telephone calls, and supplying information
