About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Manager of the Social Work Department, the General Office Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Social Work Department.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • High School Graduation with completion of a recognized office procedure/secretarial course is required
  • Graduate from an approved Medical Terminology course required
  • Related hospital exposure in an applicable setting preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player
  • Previous work attendance may be considered
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered for this position
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:

  • Permanent Part-Time 20%; 14 hours biweekly

Compensation and Incentives:
