Post-production Content Coordinator

They will be responsible for assisting the producer to ensure the smooth progression of all stages of production and post-production in order to meet various deadlines, costs and activities specific to each project.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Provide project management support in post-production.

Perform quality control before sending to producers/clients.

Follow-up on invoicing for freelancers hired (issue POs and approve invoices).

Ensure a standard of creative excellence and coordination of post production.

Ensure that all relevant information is gathered in order to properly identify deliverables for each stage of the project.

In collaboration with the producer, ensure the assignment of resources and the hiring of resources required for project execution.

Liaise with various internal groups and regions to optimize synergies, approvals and deliverables.

Follow-up on post-production and adaptation schedules and distribution details.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A DEC in an appropriate discipline such as television production, post-production or audiovisual communication.

Excellent knowledge of the television or digital post-production environment.

At least 5 years of experience in managing a team in the field of content production and post-production.

Strong teamwork, organizational and priority management skills.

Knowledge of project management would be an asset.

Autonomy and resourcefulness, dynamism, curiosity and attention to detail.

Good knowledge of the Google Suite and Microsoft Office Program Suite.

Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
