Techo-Bloc is seeking a talented and analytical Customer and Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by analyzing customer and marketing data, extracting actionable insights, and developing effective strategies to enhance our customer engagement and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to customer behavior, competition, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Blending data with sales & marketing team insights to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve customer retention, acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on sales and marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights.
  • Identify new optimization opportunities in customer engagement, high value clienteling, high value prospecting, and brand partnerships.

Customer Segmentation, Marketing Strategy, and Optimization:

  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, behavior, and other factors. Collaborate with marketing teams to customize campaigns for different segments.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs like conversion rates and ROI and provide datadriven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Customer Journey Mapping, Optimization, and Data Quality Assurance:

  • Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify optimization opportunities and understand preferences. Utilize statistical methods, surveys, and feedback data for insights to enhance products/services.

Data Visualization, Communication, and Reporting:

  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate complex data findings to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI (or similar platforms) for effective data visualization.
  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources using visualization software.
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
  • Maintain a regular reporting schedule and archive past reports for future planning.
