Ensure full implementation of criteria in system as relates to set-up and maintenance of supplier and hotel contracts within our reservation system.


  • Create business partner information as relates to details received from Product Directors
  • Create and maintain packages as relates to information communicated by Product team
  • Input suppliers contact details as relates to service, categories, rates, allocations, reporting, documents, special conditions, promotional rates, and promos
  • Setup and execute vacancy batches
  • Action queries as relates to price requests
  • Action supplier stop sale advisories as relates to inventory closure and reporting of bookings
  • Update PNRs as relates to confirmation and/or cancellation numbers as required
  • Action Adhoc supplier booking recaps
  • Report supplier bookings as relates to EBB specifications
  • Establish relationship with suppliers enabling waiving of cancellation fees as stated in contract
  • Track Stop sales and rate breaks received from suppliers
  • Assist product assistants in product modifications (relocations) by supplying rooming list or any other pertinent information, as well as advising destination services and supplier of outcome
  • Enter notifications (hints) associated to and as specified in program modifications in system
  • Generate necessary reports for daytoday operation
  • Secure rooms/transfers for special needs passengers as required
  • Manage inventory requests (manual/automated) directly with supplier
  • Respond to supplier queries with regard to notification discrepancies (occupancies, dupes, names, etc.)
  • Manage last minute bookings; ensure transmittal to supplier, update PNR as relates to confirmation details
  • Support destination services representatives
  • Weekend support on a weekly basis, flexible as overtime may be required
  • Liaise with other departments as required.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
  • Testing as relates to quality assurance of product availability and accuracy
Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in tourism or equivalent
  • 2 year minimum experience in tour operator
  • Knowledge of English, French and Spanish is an asset
  • Must demonstrate accuracy, initiative; judgement and act in a confidential manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as a contributing member of a resultsoriented team
