Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of south dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Oversee and manage the south indian department operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a South indian Chef or in a similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality dishes

$20.00-$24.00 per hour
