Be part of the Credit Assessment and Underwriting team, where we play a key role in facilitating housing solutions. As one of four Senior Managers, your responsibilities will include the review and approval of multi-unit rental mortgage loan insurance applications.

This is a temporary role lasting 15 months. You will lead in evaluating financial applications, specifically multi-unit mortgage loan insurance, within established policy frameworks and financial authorities.

In addition, you will oversee the provision of financial solutions related to Multi-Unit Mortgage Loan Insurance products, ensuring collaboration across divisions to meet client needs and business goals.

Furthermore, you will set divisional objectives, foster a learning culture, manage performance, and promote inclusivity, diversity, and a harassment-free workplace.

Managing risk diligently will be a key part of your role, involving the review and approval of complex applications, monitoring compliance, and considering social outcomes during application reviews.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce, or a related field, along with substantial experience in financial risk management, including project leadership.

Expertise in underwriting, credit risk analysis, real estate financing, and financial markets are essential, as is the ability to handle politically sensitive matters with critical thinking and judgment.

Proficiency in change management is crucial, and bilingualism in English and French is mandatory.
