Ready for a new challenge? Vault Credit is currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Support Representative to join a growing, dynamic, and exceptional team at our Montreal office

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited too:

  • Review and disposition fast-track opportunities based on qualification requirements.
  • Call fasttrack clients to complete documentation when needed.
  • Provide customers with the support required regarding their current or upcoming financing.
  • Propose process changes under the work smarter, not harder mentality.

Seeking someone who:

  • Has sales experience.
  • Embraces challenges and change.
  • Is comfortable and knowledgeable with technology. (Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
  • Has strong communication skills.
  • Is positive, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Is motivated to join an ambitious team.
  • Has English & French written & spoken.
