Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a result driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager.
The Sales Representative is responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing accounts, as well as establishing new business and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Travel daily to meet current and potential clients within assigned territory.
- Develop, maintain, and expand new business and market share.
- Prospect new accounts and make cold calls by phone.
- Achieve and exceed the territory sales revenue targets.
- Increase the annual sales volume and market share in your assigned territory.
- Present quotes to customers.
- Develop proposals based on customer requirements using our CRM, ERP, and Website.
- Provide updates and brief clients on any new or existing product and identify how we can support their needs.
- Reply to customer inquiries in a responsive manner.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment and communicate status with customers.
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Demonstrate product to potential clients.
- Follow up with clients incessantly.
- Industry networking to maximize contact sharing and potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales results in an Industrial Sales role, preferably in hardware/cabinetry distribution sales.
- Excellent sales skills with proven sales track record.
- Positive energy and drive to succeed.
- Strong relationship skills in dealings with customers and colleagues.
- Postsecondary or relevant trade education is an asset.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Strong time Management Skills.
- Proficient computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
- Selfdisciplined with eagerness to work within established sales related KPI's and sales objectives.
- Valid driver's license
