JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to cover a
1-year maternity leave position for our Sardis office.
As a team member, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in achieving our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Real Estate sales and transaction experience an asset, but not required. Training will be provided
- Team player with strong communication, initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple duties and tasks
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Immediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Dropbox.
- Proven skills in marketing and promotion through social and traditional media outlets
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain listing and sale file reports for both clients and appropriate agencies, including realtors, notaries, home appraisers and inspectors
- Coordinate appointments for viewing our listings and track followup feedback
- Direct client photo and video appointments
- Make frequent and accurate content changes to website and social media outlets
- Copy, scan and organize documents related to sales transactions
Start date ASAP.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30-2:00PM or 9:00-2:30PM, in office, no remote work.
Salary is commensurate on qualifications and experience.
