Il exploite un terminal aux É.-U. qui est situé à Elverson, en Pennsylvanie. Ce que vous allez faire :

  • Entretenir et inspecter toutes les remorques, tous les camions et tous les tracteurs Erb. Il doit se coordonner avec les opérations et le superviseur de l'atelier en ce qui concerne la disponibilité des remorques, des camions et des tracteurs.
  • Répare les camions, les remorques et les équipements à la demande du chef d'atelier.
  • Documente toutes les réparations dans le système informatique de maintenance TMT. Remplit les fiches d'inspection appropriées en temps voulu.
  • Répond aux appels du département et prend des décisions concernant les pannes et les réparations. Il communique avec le superviseur de l'atelier au sujet des pannes d'équipement sur la route et des réparations majeures, le cas échéant.
  • Connaître tous les outils et équipements nécessaires à la réparation du matériel Erb.
  • Réparer toutes les composantes des remorques, des camions ou des tracteurs de la flotte.
  • Aider à l'entretien des biens et au nettoyage de l'atelier lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Déplacer l'équipement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'atelier lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Remplit, le cas échéant, les documents nécessaires aux inspections annuelles de sécurité.
  • Si nécessaire, capacité à tester les véhicules sur route.
  • Communiquer quotidiennement avec le dispatching afin d'établir les priorités en matière de disponibilité des équipements et de tout équipement non disponible.
  • Respecter les procédures de l'atelier et les politiques de l'entreprise relatives à l'utilisation de l'atelier et aux réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail.
  • Toutes les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.
  • Supervision occasionnelle du personnel, le cas échéant.
  • Enseignement, formation et encadrement nécessaires à l'apprentissage.
  • Domaines techniques/spécialités des réparations et de l'entretien.
  • Interagir avec les conducteurs et les vendeurs selon les besoins.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et productif.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la réparation d'équipements lourds, y compris dans l'utilisation d'équipements de diagnostic électronique.
  • Entièrement certifié et titulaire d'un permis (permis de conduire des camions et des autocars de classe 310T).
  • Maîtrise de l'informatique (Microsoft Office, TMT).
  • Capacité à diriger une équipe et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à rester calme dans les moments difficiles.
  • Attitude positive et compétences avérées en matière de relations humaines.
  • Honnête, diplomate et digne de confiance.
