ROVING APARTMENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The Roving Apartment Building Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager and the duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of external and internal project structures, facilities and equipment which includes minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and grounds.
  • Complete in suite repairs and maintenance work as outlined on the Request for Maintenance Form
  • Interact with tenants in a courteous and tactful manner at all times
  • Perform various other duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Extensive Plumbing Experience is an asset.

Experience in building / apartment maintenance an asset.
