SEO Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of global and local search engine optimization campaigns with the support of the Digital Media Manager.

What you will have to accomplish as a SEO Specialist at Fix Network

  • Implement technical SEO strategies, onsite optimization, and link building activities for the purpose of increasing organic keyword exposure for website traffic.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, writing & evaluating copies for SEO and, ability to determine appropriate strategies with right analytics
  • Carrying out full SEO audits (local search, navigation structure, canonicalization issues, contextual links, internal & external linking, structured content, schema, open graph, offpage factors w.r.t Panda, Penguin & Hummingbird algorithms)
  • Make recommendations on which audiences, formats, and SEO platforms to be explored to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Developing custom dashboards with visualizations and graphs on Google Looker Studio to display website performance, local seo, keyword growth and insights.
  • Optimizing regional website content with local keywords and creating locationbased content such as city guides or local event calendars.
  • Analyzing user data to identify opportunities for website optimization and conversion rate improvement and setting up and tracking goals and conversions, such as form submissions or purchases on GA
  • Using regex to analyze and segment search query data to identify specific keywords or phrases on Google Search Console.
  • Provide advice and guidance to regional marketing teams and master franchisees, sharing trends and best practices to help them measure & improve their SEO.
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements on all websites using data collected in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform regular site audits and work closely with IT teams to ensure all the site sections are crawlable, are optimized for the proper keyword focus and provide users content/functionality to match searcher intent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor, analyze and share insights on market trends and competitor strategy specifically competitors' share of voice.
  • Track KPIs, campaign performance, channel data and analytics to support marketing and communication planning for the various countries around the world.
  • Provide guidance on paid media campaigns including execution of SEM, paid digital and affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

For this position you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 35 years of direct experience in SEO with demonstrated knowledge of improving search engine rankings and digital presence.
  • Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics are a must, with an understanding of tools like MOZ, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Copywriting best practice knowledge for onpage and offpage copy
  • Ability to manage multiple SEO projects at one time.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Energetic, selfmotivated, and results oriented.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Availability after regular business hours to support global stakeholders.
