Rock 'N' Horse is Toronto's home for all things Country Located in the heart of downtown, the Rock 'N' Horse Saloon presents the complete country experience.

You can expect Southern hospitality, line dancing lessons, mechanical bull riding and boot stompin' parties

We are looking for exceptional support staff who love country music and lifestyle

The Role

  • Anticipate the needs of the Bartenders and act accordingly
  • Bus as needed and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar and guest areas
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed, maintaining proper rotation standards (FIFO) in all storage areas and fridges
  • Heavy lifting up to 40+ pounds will be required
  • Maintain proper sanitation of work area, including washing glasses and service equipment at bar areas
  • Replenish ice, as well as cut and prepare food items needed in the preparation of drinks
  • Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Comfortable being trained on and operating Mechanical Bull for guests
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
  • Comply with food and beverage regulations
  • Create Positive Shareable Experiences
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Smart Serve Certificate required
  • Knowledge of Country music considered an asset
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • A passion and commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively during peak times
  • Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
  • Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
