This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivery of Rx accurately and timely.

Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient's needs, and counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients. Please provide Proof of OCP Licensure with Application (OCP License number)
Supervise and provide guidance and direction to Pharmacy staff
Responsible for hiring and managing the performance of all Pharmacy staff
Responsible for creating Pharmacy schedules and arranging for vacation and shift coverage
Obtain and review budgeted sales and net contribution of the Pharmacy to the Grocery Store
Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy
Ensure Pharmacy Operations follow OCP and Company Regulations, Policies and Procedures
Ensure medication and behind the counter inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs
Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
Injection administration, lab testing, expanded scope of Practice for prescribing (Minor Ailments, etc.)
Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a must
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail Pharmacy environment
Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
Strong personal computing skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word) as well as knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system a definite asset
