What we're looking for
RCGT Consulting Inc.

is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for the management and administration of the Finance Department including the preparation, administration and monitoring of operating budgets, monthly accounting, financial planning and reporting.


A day in the life

  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
  • Monitor financial details to ensure that all requirements are met
  • Help prepare annual budgets and monitor throughout the year our financial performance
  • Ensure that all monthend financial accounting duties and all resulting financial reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Record all business transactions, process accruals and adjustments, reconcile accounts and prepare monthly accounting statements
  • Supervise employees who do financial activities
  • Review and analyze financial reports and obtain full understanding of our business
  • Produce or review client invoices
  • Help management make financial decisions
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and performance evaluation of Finance personnel
  • Help identify and implement technologies to facilitate the work of the finance team
  • Make recommendations for process improvements

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Financial Management
  • Minimum of seven (7) years working experience in accounting required
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills that promote mutually beneficial, respectful and professional relationships
  • Ability to write concise reports to various audiences
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Able to obtain or possess a valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance
