Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Architect applicatif, Salesforce pour joindre notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Développer l'architecture applicative des fonctionnalités et intégrations de la plateforme Salesforce, incluant les interactions avec les autres entités de l'écosystème technologique d'Intact.
- Collaborer avec les membres des diverses équipes techniques, afin de développer des solutions qui tiennent compte des contraintes de nos systèmes et environnements et qui maximisent le potentiel de la plateforme Salesforce.
- Développer une architecture applicative évolutive et robuste qui permettra de supporter les multiples phases de déploiement dans plusieurs de nos unités d'affaire, et réviser le travail de multiples collaborateurs techniques.
- S'assurer que l'architecture suit et respecte nos standards de développement, d'implémentation, et de sécurité.
- Contribuer à la vision stratégique TI d'Intact en définissant les rôles et responsabilités associés à la plateforme Salesforce.
- Encourager et éduquer au sujet des fonctionnalités et bonnes pratiques de la plateforme.
- Collaborer de près avec les acteurs techniques de l'équipe, administrateurs et développeurs, en leur fournissant support et mentorat.
- Développer les pratiques d'architectures et d'implémentation de la plateforme, et rester à l'affut des nouveautés.
- Agir en tant que facilitateur entres les équipes d'affaires et d'implémentation en traduisant des requis fonctionnels complexes en solutions technologiques implémentables, et en agissant en tant que conseiller pour les gestionnaires de la plateforme et de ses différentes initiatives.

**Profil recherché**:

- Passionné par le développement et l'architecture applicative, curieux et intéressé par les nouvelles technologies.
- Un joueur d'équipe qui favorise la collaboration.
- En mesure de traduire un problème d'affaire en solution technologique.
- À l'aise de travailler dans des environnements complexes en constante évolution avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et multi-technologique.
- Bien organisé et vous avez une bonne gestion de priorités.
- Bilingue (Français / Anglais) -_ Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays_.

**Ce que vous mettez à profit**:

- Un BAC en Technologie de l'Information, en Génie Logiciel, en Science de l'Informatique, ou toute autre combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience.
- Un minimum de 2 années d'expérience dans un rôle d'Architecte ou de « Tech Lead » sur la plateforme Salesforce.
- Un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en développement logiciel.
