Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented People & Talent Intern to provide support to our employees locally and globally.

As the People & Talent Intern, you will assist our global team with all areas of human resources including recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, labour relations, and more.

Who are you ideally
?*:

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program
  • Previous human resources or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building trustworthy interpersonal relationships with diverse employees.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the full recruitment cycle including creating job postings, screening resumes, initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Administering and maintaining our HRIS.
  • Actively participating in planning social and culture focused events.
  • Participating in our Health and Safety committee by conducting workplace safety inspections.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
