About us
Hilltop Medical Clinic is the largest single site medical clinic in Western Canada, located in the heart of South Surrey / White Rock.
Responsibilities:
- Support clinic manager, as needed, with all aspects of daytoday financial and clinical transactions / operations
- Assist the medical office assistants (MOA), as needed, with all clinical aspects.
- Support the physicians, as needed, with all office administrative needs.
- Keep track of and/or restocking of office supply inventory
- Keep track of and/or restocking of medical supply inventory
- Liaise with clinic manager to ensure integrity and accuracy of EMR and daytoday clinical operations
- Generate reports as part of financial and clinical reporting to Clinic Manager
- Complete monthly bank account reconciliations
- Complete monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet (in Quickbooks & Excel)
- Assist with monthly and yearend procedures
- Assist clinic manager with any special projects
- Other duties as required
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience (required)
- Medical knowledge or a MOA certificate (preferred)
- Office Administration certificate / diploma or a related field (preferred)
- Customer serviceoriented approach with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
