In order to keep up with our continuous growth, we are looking for an Electromechanical technician to join the team in our Mississauga HUB station. You do want to make a lasting imprint in this innovating industry through communication and relationship building and have exposure to new markets.
What will your day will look like?

  • Partaking in handson training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations
  • Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved
  • Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment.
  • Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required
  • Management and analysis of KPI's
What does it take to be successful?

  • 35 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics.
  • Post
- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician.

  • Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • This role will require to work during the daytime until end of October and starting around November, you must me flexible and available to work for a day or night shift.
