Taiga is a leading service provider of specialized aerial services including remote sensing, data acquisition, and ISR services, from helicopter and RPAS platforms.

Taiga is looking for a responsible, dependable, and dedicated individual to fill our purchasing, stores, and inventory coordinator position.

This position is most suited to an individual that can be productive working independently as well as in a team environment, in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.


Assigned tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee company inventory of parts, equipment, and supplies to maintain required operating levels.
  • Assist in strategic planning for aircraft maintenance by anticipating supply chain conditions, and ensuring the readiness of aeronautical products, components, overhauls, and repairs.
  • Source and communicate with vendors for parts and services required.
  • Prepare and maintain an organized record of parts requisitions, purchase approvals, purchase orders, and fulfilled RFQs.
  • Manage all shipping, receiving, delivery, and pickup activity.
  • Prepare and carry out the shipment and receiving of company assets.
  • Accurately track and trace Inbound/Outbound packages, communicating all delays or variances to appropriate departments.
  • Periodically complete inventory cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and take action.
  • Ensure filing systems and traceability for required certifications in accordance with company procedures.
  • Schedule the procurement of required tooling and calibration of existing tooling.
  • High school diploma.
  • Equivalentassociated degree, diploma, or previous experience in the aviation industry, although not required, is considered a strong asset.
  • Hold proficiency with computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain enhanced security clearances.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fastpaced environments, High attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional changes in work schedule as may be required by operations.
  • Ability to work onsite, lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for periods of 2 hours.

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00 $20.15 to 24.25/hr.
