THE OPPORTUNITY

Become a Vidir Hero and Level up your career as a:
Field Service Engineer/Technician
The Field Service Engineer/Technician provides installation service for our customers and ensures their experience with Vidir is optimal.
This is role that requires extensive travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional, prompt installation and service of equipment in customer locations, while maintaining professional image.
  • Strong problem solving skills combined with mechanical and electrical abilities.
  • Familiarity with concepts and standards or mechanical practices and procedures for equipment assembly and operation.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor in front of the customer.
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Demonstrates strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Must live within one hour of a major international airport

Must hold a valid driver's license and passport and have the ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.

Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
