Duties include:

  • Open and close the store, including securing the store and setting alarms.
  • Manage cash handling procedures.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking and merchandising.
  • Train and supervise team members in all aspects of the store's operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous management or key holder experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Quilting knowledge is an asset.

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
