ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Director reporting to the Vice President of Royalty Collections, you will oversee revenue generation and operational strategies for the Royalty Collections group. This department handles domestic performing rights revenue in Traditional Media and New Media. The Director will focus on achieving strategic objectives through effective performance tracking, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will excel in change management, talent development, and service leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive results in a diverse organizational setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

  • Collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders to drive departmental objectives
  • Lead operational teams to achieve revenue and operational goals
  • Develop and implement policies and streamline processes
  • Coordinate with other departments for process optimization
  • Manage domestic performing rights revenue and negotiate agreements with digital services

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum three years of senior management experience
  • Previous experience in licensing agreement negotiations
  • Knowledge of Copyright Act and operational finance
  • Strong analytical and strategic execution skills
