The Opportunity

As the Digital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the distribution of promotional materials with the assistance and guidance of your fellow department team members and leads.

You will play a key role with planning and executing 360 digital plans - from inventory operations to on-site experience.

Working closely alongside other departments including Social, Customer Service, Operations, and Creative, you will ensure timelines are met on deliverables and process-related items are actioned accordingly.

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who loves everything beauty, fashion and well-curated things as well as shows great detail-oriented and goal achieving work ethics.

This position is a 1 year maternity leave contract.

The Objectives of this Role

  • Collaborate with inventory/forecasting team and local/global warehouses to monitor inventory levels, sellthrough and key promotional SKUs and prompt digital strategy teams for any pivots accordingly.
  • Provide insights for ongoing website audit and customer journey optimization as identified.
  • Inapp & integration reporting, support and troubleshooting (ex, Bazaar Voice, Shopify apps, etc.).
  • Setting up discounts, cart rules & managing collection pages to support the digital promotional calendar
  • Partner with Customer Service to troubleshoot, streamline solutions and create superior customer experiences.
  • Autonomous time management & prioritization of tasks at hand.
  • Update and maintain pages, product catalogues, and other requests within Shopify.
  • Submit requests and delegations to development partners as required.
Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 3 years of Ecommerce, DTC Account Management, or related experience, preferably in beauty/fashion industries.
  • Datadriven with experience developing salesdriving and inspiring online shopping experiences.
  • Preference for technical knowledge of platforms such as Shopify Plus.

  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful, with strong time management and multitasking proactive abilities.
  • Results driven problemsolver, able to work in a startup environment with ambiguity.
