What is the opportunity?


Reporting to the President, Banking Group in Americas Region, you will focus on the overall enablement of the region, including supporting sales leaders with building the sales pipeline in line with strategic regional direction through coordination of outreach and external events, as well as supporting the Regional Leader with internal initiatives, communications, and employee events.

What will you do?

  • Support sales leaders with existing and prospective clients for the purpose of driving company revenue (e.g., coordinating meetings, event coordination, etc.).
  • Follow the regional sales strategy and sales process and regularly selfeducate on Company procedures and sales tactics.
  • Bring innovative lead generation ideas to constantly feed and increase the pipeline.
  • Work with sales leaders to track and report on sales leaders' activities to develop business.
  • Assist the planning and deliver on the coordination of marketing events and corporate/social events with industry professionals and prospective clients.
  • Support team at relevant industry events to drive the company's lead generation efforts.
  • With input from the President assist to create internal employee communications and events (e.g., planning/coordinating regional townhalls, leadership announcements, etc.).
  • Support in leadership preparation for region and companywide meetings and help the regional organization in adopting and adhering to enterprise process and governance structures.
  • Consolidate and track progress against key performance indicators and provide the necessary reporting to key stakeholders (working with PMO and Enterprise Reporting).
  • Drive forward regional initiatives, while simultaneously extending the effectiveness of the Managing Director's leadership.

What do I need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and other organizations without direct authority.
  • A passion for community building internal and external to the organization.
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to plan and deliver key initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related customercentric field.
  • Previous experience in project management and event coordination.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management skills including the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships within cross functional teams and managing risks and escalations as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of the enterprise SaaS market or the ability to learn new software quickly.
