  • What You Will Do
  • Assessment Projects you will elicit business requirements from business teams and users, analyze complex systems and compile findings:
  • Work with senior stakeholders to clarify the vision, business value, and technical goals relating to assigned initiatives
  • Gather and elicit business requirements from the business by performing current state analysis of existing systems and processes
  • Present and communicate findings to various technical and business stakeholders for process improvement
  • Implementation Projects you will liase with external vendors and internal professionals to implement viable and appropriate solutions:
  • Work as part of a project team, and sometimes take a lead role on units of work or phases of projects
  • Provide support through the design and implementation phases working with internal systems teams and 3rd party vendors to deliver required capabilities
  • Business Application Management you will be handson with the ongoing support, maintenance and continuous improvement of CC&L's private market portfolio management systems and its financial accounting platform:
  • Ensure that supported systems are effectively meeting business needs and controls
  • Identifying system shortfall, analyzing issues, determining the most efficient solutions and ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and appropriate manner
  • Carry out both routine and complex system changes including user account management, onboarding new investments, report design and development, updating software configurations, and implementing new business rules
  • Assist with system monitoring and ensuring the integrity of system and datarelated processes
