Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Analyst to join our team at Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys). As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating business processes, eliciting and defining business requirements, and uncovering areas of improvement and developing enhancement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Elicit, define, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and ensure adherence to requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Oversee implementation projects to ensure successful execution
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and databases to drive business growth
  • Expert communication and stakeholder management skills to adapt to diverse user groups

Requirements:

  • Program-level leadership experience as lead BA of multiple integrated projects
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems
