As a supporting member of the Human Resources team, the Benefits and Compensation Coordinator's role is to administer the Corporate Benefits programs, including Group Insurance, Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and time-off internal policies (personal leaves, vacations, etc.).

This position also coordinates all compensation activities with regards to policies, compliance, and problem resolution.

Your story


You hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent working experience within Human Resources or Payroll, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation.

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or administrative role. You are proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and are excited to learn and master an HRIS (UKG Pro).
