QuoteMachine is hiring an Account Executive
Are you a passionate, driven, people-oriented individual with experience in retail, software sales, or startups?
As an Account Executive with QuoteMachine, you'll use your expertise to help retailers grow their businesses and find solutions right for them.
Created by a team of successful startup leaders, QuoteMachine empowers retailers to handle complex retail sales at scale while providing an outstanding buyer experience.
We support hundreds of Retail stores around the world. They are usually high-end retailers providing unique products and services (Furniture stores, Specialized hardware stores, Swimming-Pool and Spa stores, Bike shops, etc.).
We partner with the biggest companies in the Retail Software industry and are supported by investors from Canada, Europe, and the USA.
Our mission is to bring humanity back to digital commerce.
To do so, you'll engage with them over the phone, email, and Zoom calls to get to know them and understand their needs and challenges.
Efficiently manage the prospect pipeline, prioritizing activities according to CRM data
Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues to your colleagues in Product Management and Marketing
Use our CRM (Hubspot) and other tools, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
Previous experience in SaaS software sales or in retail
Experience in managing and contacting prospects by telephone
Excellent oral and written communication skills over the phone, online and in person
Solid experience in identifying customer issues and formulating recommendations to overcome them
Assets
Experience in a relevant environment (Retail, SaaS, SMB, B2B).
Knowledge of the software QuoteMachine integrates with (Shopify, Lightspeed, Accounting software, etc.)
Experience managing work using multiple software (CRM, ERP, GoogleSuite, Slack...)
Be comfortable selling products in both French and English (other languages are an asset as well)
Previous experience in a direct sales role
Knowledge of Hubspot Sales Hub
Oral communication in French

Notre mission est donner sa place à l'humain à l'heure du commerce électronique.
Pour ce faire, vous devrez créer un lien avec eux par téléphone, courriel, des visioconférences sur Zoom afin de comprendre leurs besoins et défis.
Gérer efficacement le pipeline de prospects, en priorisant les activités selon les données du CRM
Utiliser notre CRM (Hubspot) et les autres outils, afin d'assurer que toutes les communications sont capturées et identifiées
Expérience antérieure dans le logiciel SaaS ou commerce de détail
Expérience dans la gestion et le contact des prospects par téléphone
Excellente communication orale et écrite (Français & Anglais)au téléphone, en ligne et en personne
Expérience dans un contexte pertinent (Logiciel SaaS, commerce de détails, SMB, B2B).
Expérience dans un rôle de vente directe
Connaissance des logiciels avec lesquels QuoteMachine s'intègre (Shopify, Lightspeed, logiciels comptables, etc.)
Maitrise de plusieurs outils logiciels (CRM, ERP, GoogleSuite, Slack...)
Être à l'aise de vendre en Anglais et en Français (les autres langues sont également un atout)
Connaissance du Hub de vente Hubspot
Communication orale en français
