We at Lamborghini Calgary, part of the Grand Touring Automobiles group, are looking to increase our Service Advisor staff as a result of business need and growth.

We are seeking a customer service-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.


In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting with drafting repair orders, scheduling service appointments, estimating, and above all, delivering outstanding customer service.

Grand Touring Automobiles features the most exclusive brands, and we strive to offer the most exclusive service to our clients.


This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized team player with effective communications skills and a background or experience in the automotive industry.


Some main responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner
  • Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems, and time required.
  • Schedule appointments using dealership booking system
  • Handle minor customer concerns
  • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
  • Handle telephone inquires regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
  • Review work preformed with customers
  • Interpret warranty information and policies to customers
  • Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
  • Assist the service manager as necessary
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Luxury Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

  • Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
  • CDK Software: 2 years (preferred)
  • Service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
