48Hour Discovery Inc. is a leading biotech company at the forefront of revolutionizing drug discovery. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Scientist to join our innovative team. As a Scientist at 48Hour Discovery Inc., you will play a critical role in advancing our drug discovery efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Research: As a part of a small team, design and execute experiments to explore novel molecular targets using stateoftheart techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret experimental data, generating meaningful insights to inform decisionmaking processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to contribute to interdisciplinary research projects.
  • Innovation: Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance research efficiency and contribute to the advancement of drug discovery processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, methodologies, and results in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
  • Presentations: Communicate findings through internal meetings, reports, and presentations, effectively conveying complex scientific concepts.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and ensure the quality of work by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience and

Technical Skills:
Previous experience in laboratory work handling proteins, nucleic acids and/or maintaining and conducting experiments with mammalian cell cultures.

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from experimental results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing project priorities and objectives.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
