Job Overview:


The Professional Services Office is a team of dedicated professionals providing higher education consulting, project management, and training services for Modern Campus clients using our Student Lifecycle Management platform for non-degree solutions, Destiny One.


How you'll make an impact:

  • Provide support to consultants across a portfolio of projects during all phases of our client implementations of the Destiny One software including project initiation, implementation, training, user acceptance testing and go live planning.
  • Independently lead low complexity, rapid implementation projects once sufficient product and implementation process knowledge has been acquired.
  • Provide project support to the consultant team across a portfolio of projects.
  • Support the setup and initiation of new client projects.
  • Be responsible for maintaining an indepth understanding of Destiny One features, functionality and implementation processes.
  • Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders, executing and leading trainthetrainer sessions.
  • Triaging issues and provide first level customer support, identifying use cases or change requests where a consultant is required.
  • Coordinate activities and work with crossfunctional teams such as development, devops, and sales.
  • Own the creation of weekly client project status reports and monthly steering committee meetings, providing support on the respective calls.
  • Your project management tasks will include providing (or supporting the creation of) status reports (both internal and client facing), updating the project plan, and timely reporting on key project metrics.
  • Play a role in reviewing, updating and improving our internal documentation, clientfacing materials and project delivery methods.
  • Provide handson support for project onboarding tasks including data entry (including data migration activities) where required.
  • Provide support to VP & Director for monthly and quarterly metrics/KPIs reporting, billing process.

What you need to succeed:

  • 13 years' experience of working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator, ideally on software implementation projects for a B2B environment.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, reprioritize and think quickly on their feet
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Must be an independent, selfmotivated, and high energy individual who will take charge and exercise their problemsolving skills
  • Customer Obsession: Strong desire and passion for proactively delivering world class solutions for client

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Attention to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaboration and Teamwork skills: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
  • University or College Degree (Computer Science or Project Management preferred but not critical)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated an aptitude for project management.
  • Toronto (Open to Remote)

Desired, but not required:

  • Experience working with external clients
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JSP
  • Knowledge of Trello, Visio, Jira, Confluence, MS Project
  • Knowledge or exposure to Agile (Scrum)
