Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Préposé à la production** au sein de notre équipe de Fabrication électronique à notre bureau de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

**Rôle**:

- Effectue diverses tâches et activités techniques simples reliées à la production ou à la traçabilité. De plus, peut avoir à effectuer les tâches du poste d'aide général.

**Niveau de responsabilité**:

- Procédés de travail et tâches bien établis. Une certaine analyse est exigée avant de choisir de façon indépendante parmi des procédés connus.

**Tâches**:

- Recevoir la marchandise, aider à l'inspection à l'arrivée de base (ouverture des boites, comptage des
étapes.... ) et mettre à jour la base de données.
- Aider aux opérations de production (ex. sablage, préparation de composants, organisation des cellules
de production).
- Construire des emballages adéquats pour les composants sol et vol et apporter le soutien lors de
l'emballage de produits.
- Découper des panneaux, du nid d'abeille.
- Aider à la découpe et à l'installation des couvertures thermiques.
- Fabriquer des sacs et aider à l'emballage des pièces.
- Installer des helicoils, des pattes ou des couvertures de mise à la masse.
- Préparer et nettoyer des pièces (y compris le placage et l'étamage).
- Préparer les produits chimiques des polyméfiques.
- Procéder à la validation des couples après l'étape d'assemblage.
- Assembler (enrouler) les câbles de base autour des corps pour produire les bobines helicoïdales.
- Utiliser les équipements appropriés au transport d'équipement (chariot, grue, génie, girafe etc.).
- Aider le personnel impliqué dans la recherche et développement.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

**Qualifications mínimales requises -**
- Lecture de plans.
- Connaissance de base du principe des tolérances et dimensions géométriques.
- Capacité à récupérer et à entrer des données informatiques à l'aide d'un menu.
- Utilisation des bases de données de production.
- Bonne connaissance du français.
- Dextérité manuelle fine.

**Scolarité** : DEC, DES ou l'équivalent.
**Expérience** : Un (1) à (2) ans d'expérience pertinente.
**Niveau de connaissances linguistiques** : Connaissance de base de l'anglais, un atout.
