Rogers Communications Canada Inc. is looking for a
Delivery Manager accountable for the successful execution and completion of our strategic initiatives' multiyear programs. Projects such as but not limited to Brownfield projects in our Service Expansion boundaries.

The Delivery Manager will be accountable for multiple regions in eastern Ontario and reports to the Manager, Service Expansion.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaise with assigned Planners, Technicians, field inspectors, and/or D&B vendors to deliver on committed strategic initiative objectives and budget
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors / contractors as required related to forecasts and schedules
  • Manage and maintain project milestones, logs with task owners
  • Coordinate and track projects activity in ADM, and other work process tool
  • Manage and report on project schedules, identifying risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Track project performance against schedule and SLA, provide monthly exception reports
  • Track project financials, forecasting and spending with financial teams monthly
  • Manage escalations and expedite problem resolutions
  • Ability to manage many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Available to work flexible hours if required
  • Performs other duties and assist with special projects as assigned

  • Previous related experience in wireline and/or project management
  • Experience with financial forecasting
  • Critical thinker with ability to create processes
  • Experience with statistical analysis of data
  • Detail oriented with an aptitude for innovation and exploration
  • Commitment to quality performance and teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong documentation skills essential
  • Sound knowledge of Rogers Wireline Access Network would be an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
