Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
  • You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups, across different regions.
  • You will be crosstrained for the Surgical Counselor position (customer service).

A clear view of your assets

  • You have a broad background in
    customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gym, etc.
  • Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
  • You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client followup techniques.
  • You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills.

You are available for the following schedule:

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 11am-7pm, as well occasional Saturday/Sunday as needed.

Required:

You are comfortable travelling to other clinics for training _(expenses covered by Vision Group)._
