Our Client is looking for a Admin Assistant to assist with the day-to-day activities in their office.

Responsibilities include:
- maintaining the reception area, creating work orders and invoices
- processing all payments and tracking accounts receivable
- documenting expenses
- providing support to managers, some filing.

Skills:

  • Experience in landscape industry an asset
  • Strong understanding of Excel, Quick Books, Sage, Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with LMN
  • An ability to demonstrate a highly proficient level of accuracy in data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and get trained with job related software
  • An ability to follow through on tasks with attention to detail
  • An aability to work independently and with a team

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)

  • LMN software: 1 year (required)
- landscape admin: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
