Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or retirement is preferred
  • Knowledge of medication administration and experience with senior care is a plus but not essential
  • Ability to provide compassionate and patientcentered care to individuals with physical or cognitive impairments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
