GTA Vapes is a family owned and operated leading retail vape shop with multiple locations in and around the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for delivering a great customer experience to join our team.


Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Greet customers upon arrival.
  • Check Government Issued Identification (19+).
  • Deliver a great customer experience through excellent product knowledge and educate new clientele.
  • Maintain store cleanliness/organization as well as adhering to Health Canada (Covid19) guidelines.
  • Operate POS System, Debit and Credit, as well as handling cash with accuracy.
  • Support management team with inventory, reporting, and sales.
  • Maintain store displays and merchandise.
  • Execute various store opening and closing tasks.
  • Stay up to date on product features through training.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced vaping knowledge is an asset.
  • Prior customer service experience and sales is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and proven ability to understand customer needs.
  • Effective listening skills.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 10:00AM to 8:00PM

Saturday and Sunday - 11:00AM to 7:00PM

**Must be flexible for part-time hours 25-30 hours per week.

Salary:

$15.50 per hour
