We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Foreign Express Auto Sales Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our transportation, communication, and utilities department, and will be expected to make strategic decisions to drive business growth and success.

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

  • More than 20 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
