During Your Journey Here, You'll:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Proactively communicate updates on shipments with precision and in a customer-centric manner
  • Analyze customer inquiries to deliver timely and valuable insights; identify opportunities for operational enhancement
  • Provide prompt responses to customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Utilize C.H. Robinson's global technology platform, Navisphere, for reporting, load data analysis, and surpassing customer expectations
  • Engage internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams
If You're an Ideal Match, You Possess:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior Customer Engagement Experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
Even More Preferable if You:
  • Prioritize a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Showcased negotiation, collaboration, and influencing abilities
