Retail Freight Associate

Responsibilities:

  • To work on a team to receive freight from dock area to sales floor, using freight handling equipment, but not limited to: pallet jack and hand truck
  • Stock shelves with received merchandise, while maintaining clean appearance of a well organized store
  • Help customers with carrying out their purchased products

Requirements:

  • Energetic, honest & friendly
  • Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights several times a day. Must be able to lift between 1520 Kg.
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
  • Prior retail experience is an asset
