Job Overview:
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Provide support for Management, the Administrative Assistant, and the Bookkeeper
- Operate the weigh scale, record accurate weights and produce weight tickets
- Manage photos of incoming and outgoing scrap loads
- Record entries and maintain the expense sheet
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounting or similar accounting software is valued, but not a requirement
- Excellent proofreading skills for written communications
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel are valued, but not a requirement
Job Types:

Pay:
$15.16-$26.70 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
