JOB SUMMARY:

As the Manager, HR Technology reporting to the Senior Director of HR Transformations at SE Health, you will be a key player in supporting HR operations. Your role involves ensuring system efficiencies, expert knowledge, and ongoing maintenance of HR Support Systems. You will work closely with stakeholders in HR, IT, and operational teams to drive impactful changes, ranging from minor process adjustments to major project implementations. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset, and thrives on continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to multiple HR technology platforms through system configuration, standardization, business processes, enhancements, and reporting
  • Lead HR system changes, including maintenance, testing, and deployment
  • Address HR business needs and improve efficiency within the HR team
  • Support continuous improvement through automation and technology utilization
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and testing
  • Ensure data integrity and smooth integration with downstream applications
  • Collaborate with various teams to design solutions for business needs
  • Monitor solution efficacy, identify issues, and propose enhancements
  • Create and maintain relevant reports and dashboards
  • Assist in system security and fulfill ad hoc business information requests
  • Advocate for HR systems, processes, and data standards
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Systems, including system configurations and best practices
  • Experience with multiple HR Systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, and more
  • Knowledge of Core HR, talent management, benefits, compensation, compliance, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and software applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
