Our expectations:

The Administrative Support Associate (ASA) fulfills crucial administrative duties for associates and offers direct assistance to the store leadership team. This role involves supporting tasks related to staffing, training, payroll, and various operations to aid site operations. Responsibilities include managing physical documents and records on-site and distributing work items like vests, name tags, tools, and equipment.

Your responsibilities:

Human Resources tasks

  • Assist hiring managers and talent acquisition with site-specific tasks such as job postings and resume review
  • Support new employee onboarding by participating in orientation sessions
  • Manage payroll tasks including processing terminations, creating documents, and handling government paperwork
  • Coordinate and track training activities, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and handling logistics for travel arrangements
  • Receive and organize material from the HR department and assist with related activities

Store tasks

  • Aid in maintaining schedules, attendance records, and scheduling requests
  • Support various administrative duties such as organizing community events
  • Generate and maintain business reports for store leadership
  • Improve compliance and execution through follow-ups and corrective actions
  • Assist with clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks as needed

The qualifications we seek:

  • 1 year of experience handling confidential staff information
  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 1 year of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • 2 years of administrative experience with data processing, scheduling, and office software
  • College education in administration or a related field
