Nous recherchons un(e) directeur(rice) des Finances expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre hôtel.

Le(a) directeur(rice) des Finances dirige les opérations financières de l'hôtel et garantit la sécurité des biens de l'hôtel. Il ou elle rend compte du bilan financier de l'hôtel et formule des recommandations pour améliorer la profitabilité de l'hôtel. Vous serez l'interlocuteur de référence pour toutes les questions financières et comptables de l'hôtel auprès des propriétaires, vérificateurs de comptes (audit interne et externe) et organismes réglementaires.

Personnel

  • Gérer les activités comptables quotidiennes, planifier et attribuer les tâches en veillant à toujours disposer d'un effectif suffisant.
  • Valoriser votre équipe et améliorer ses performances par un encadrement constructif, définir des objectifs de résultats et de développement professionnel. Mettre en valeur les bonnes performances.
  • Former votre équipe pour vous assurer qu'elle est en conformité avec nos standards et qu'elle dispose de tous les outils dont elle a besoin pour travailler efficacement.
  • Recommander ou initier des actions de RH lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.
  • Orienter l'équipe à propos de l'impact de ses décisions sur les bénéfices.
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail favorable à l'épanouissement des équipes – créer des liens entre les services pour contribuer à un esprit collectif.

Finances

  • Utiliser les analyses financières, tendances et informations du marché pour anticiper les besoins, identifier les problèmes d'exploitation/financiers et recommander des mesures pour optimiser le rendement financier.
  • Élaborer un budget d'exploitation annuel pour l'établissement et fournir un travail d'analyse lors de l'examen des budgets afin d'identifier les éventuelles sources d'économie et d'augmentation de productivité pour les chefs de service.
  • Procéder au rapprochement mensuel des comptes , contrôler le processus d'accroissement du crédit et la collecte des montants en souffrance.
  • Passer en revue les tarifs et recommander une stratégie tarifaire au directeur général ou à la directrice générale. Participer aux réunions de stratégie commerciale.
  • Gérer les comptes fournisseurs pour équilibrer la trésorerie et garder une bonne réputation auprès des fournisseurs.
  • Analyser le retour sur investissement des projets avant d'engager des fonds et après exécution de ces projets ; décider si les résultats anticipés ont été obtenus.
  • Optimiser la marge brute d'autofinancement de l'hôtel en contrôlant les stocks (pour éviter des réserves excessives), le crédit et le recouvrement, les dépenses, les cautions et les remises.

Clientèle

  • Aider les clients : vous proposerez volontiers votre aide en cas de demande spécifique ou de réclamation.
  • Effectuer les travaux de comptabilité, améliorer l'expérience client en proposant plusieurs options de paiement (par ex., systèmes de cartes de crédit, prix des chambres), contrôler les stocks et résoudre les litiges financiers.

Qualifications

  • Licence/diplôme d'enseignement supérieur/équivalent en comptabilité ou finance.
  • Quatre à huit ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou audit dans le secteur hôtelier, dont une année au moins au poste de contrôleur adjoint ou équivalent, ou parcours éducatif et professionnel combiné équivalent.
  • Connaissances d'opérations de gestion comptable telles que la négociation d'espaces hôteliers et de baux de location, la gestion de la paie, la gestion des actifs, les analyses de déplacement, les prévisions commerciales, la préparation de rapports pour l'administration, les déclarations d'impôts, etc.
  • Un diplôme ou une certification professionnelle en comptabilité ou finance serait un plus.
