Responsibilities
The main tasks of the Finance Manager - Process Improvement will be :

  • Supervise the accounting team
  • Optimize accounting processes to support company growth
  • Integrate newly acquired companies
  • Review monthly and annual financial statements and variance analyses
  • Supervise and develop the skills of your team
  • Prepares yearend files for audit and is the main contact for external auditors.
  • Ad hoc mandates

Qualifications
To succeed in this role of Finance Manager - Process Improvement, you will need to :

  • CPA
  • Minimum of 8 years experience combining accounting firm and industry experience
  • Experience in team supervision
  • Bilingual
