Responsibilities:

  • Research requirements for immigration processes/documentation via internet, direct phone communication with visa offices and country government authorities
  • Review documentation provided by applicants for accuracy prior to delivery to the consultant for final review.
  • Ensuring that deadlines are achieved, and that work completed meets the high degree of accuracy required.

Requirements:

Educational requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, master's degree or above is advantageous.

Language requirements:
Strong oral and written French. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a plus

  • Strictly abide by the company's code of ethics and code of conduct to provide first-class service to customers.
  • Possess strong logical thinking ability, and excellent communication and organizational skill
  • Act conscientious and meticulous, proactive in work, and be able to work as a team, and independently
  • Have a good ability to work under pressure, have a sense of responsibility, and be competent in handling inquiries and problems.

工作职责:

1-填写各种申请所需的表格,起草提交信/个人陈述,挖掘客户档案中的信息,并及时跟进未完成的信息。
2-通过与移民局和国家政府机关直接电话沟通和互联网搜寻移民流程和文件的要求。
3.在提交给顾问进行最终审查之前,审查申请人提供的文件的准确性。
4-全面负责分配的文件或申请,包括检查申请和计费流程的状态、审核发票以供批准。
5-确保在最后期限内完成工作,并确保完成的工作满足高精度要求。

岗位要求:
1-学历要求:要求本科学历,硕士及以上学历优先。

2-语言要求:具备极好的法语口语和写作能力。精通普通话者优先。

3-严格遵守公司道德规范和行为准则,为客户提供一流的服务。
4-具有较强的逻辑思维能力,优秀的沟通和组织能力。
5-工作认真细致,积极主动,具有团队合作精神和独立工作能力。
6-具有良好的抗压能力、责任心和解决问题的能力。

Salary:
$15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
